Upon drop-off, we will book your bicycle in our system and answer any question you might have.
We then will give your bicycle thorough check-over using our checklist.
We will contact you using your preferred method of contact to go over the diagnosis, give you exact cost of the repair, and turnaround time.
We will contact you as soon as we are done with the repair.
Before any bicycle leaves our shop, we make sure every issue is addressed. We have multi-person checkover and test rides to insure the bicycles are dialed perfectly.
